5 THING 

Apart from the usual food, family, values, culture, Bollywood, I would like to add a few more points:

1) Low cost of living - Compared to most other countries, the cost of living in India is relatively MUCH lower. Commodities are cheap, and expenses are fairly limited. 


2) Higher Education system - Third largest in the world, after China and the United States of America. We're home to some world renowned educational institutions such as the IITs, Indian Institute of Science, All India Institute of Medical Sciences etc. 


3) The fact that we are 'developing'- Stagnancy is something to be worried about. On the other hand, the fact that we are progressing towards literacy, employment and so many other things is assurance that it is only a matter of time till we gain the 'superpower' status. 

4) ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) - India's very own space research center recognized on a global scale. Stands on top five after USA, Russia, China, and ESR. 

5) Classical Music- India's got some amazing traditional music. from western to classical
